Errors in the collision. Dropped ball, knock on's, stupid offloads. Cut those out for a start.

Basic errors are costing games.

Mental toughness - too many players going through the motions

I have said for a few years that the squad looks fatigued in the second half of games.

They need to get back to the basics, 5 drives and a kick, solid defence and mentally in the right place . Oh and remember the game lasts for 80 mins.

Fitness, running, tackling, kicking, passing, line breaks. Apart from that its ok

That's why I think Fisher should be on the bench. He has the nous and authority to direct the team. Gower isn't doing it. On top of that he has the fizz and direction that Randall lacks. A short-term fix I know, but any fix would be a start.
