No entrance charge. Hope there is a decent turnout for this, if only to show Parish we do actually have some sort of fanbase.

| Couple of questions (which I'm sure will be asked in some form or another anyway) if someone wouldn't mind doing the honours for me.
Two serious for Matt Parish:
1. Origin is the pinnacle of our game. There are obvious differences in terms of coaching an Origin side versus coaching a club side (time frame, quality of players etc.) but what does Matt feel he can apply from his time with NSW to coaching at Salford (if anything).
2. What style of game does Matt see us playing, eg. like Wigan or Huddersfield? Or a more British style?
Two for fun:
3. If Matt could bring one player from the NRL to play for Salford, who would it be?
4. How relieved is Matt that he doesn't have to face/get beat by Queensland three times a season now (Go Maroons)?
Two questions for Steve Simms:
1. Director of Rugby is the most criticised and arguably misunderstood role at the Club, what will the DOR role involve over the next few years with MP as Head Coach and how is this different (if at all) than with previous HCs?
2. Aside from having a nicer venue to play in and hopefully bigger crowds, what benefits will Barton bring to the playing squad (if any)?
Cheers.

| I'd like to ask if he intends letting the Southern Hempisphere players come back from the off season later than the British based players as was the case last season.
Will he be giving the players individual diets and training regimes?
If Ratchford does stay does MP see him as a utility back, a centre or stand off?.
And does he see Sneyd as a hlaf back or hooker?

| I Carnt make it Shirl due to my daughters swimming lessons but i would like to ask the following questions?
1, Can we resign the great Chris Charles next season as a decent goal kicker?
No seriously
1, What does he expect the team to acheive in the next 3 years?
2, Did he want to keep big Ray or was him leaving out of his hands?
3, Will he give the younger lads a run if they impress in training, reserve games?
Cheers Shirl

| This has been lost a bit with the franchise and Ratchford announcement. Wasn't able to make it down myself but heard from my cousin who was there that Parish spoke very well. Apparently pulled no punches and was forthright on what he thought of the team and fitness!
Sounds like a very strong character, stark contrast from what were used to! Would love to hear from people who were there what they thought of the meeting.

Tommo, Mr Parish is special and he blew everyone away last night with his passionate outlook on salford city reds where we are and where we are going say no more, i would urge all fans who didnt get to FR last night get down to the BBQ sunday (free for members £3 non members tickets going fast less than a 100 left im led to believe, buy you tickets early and dont be disappointed) and hear what Mr Parish has to say for himself again. im sure shirl will stick up a breakdown of the meeting on here soon enough but i was very happy with everything last night

MP thought it was farcical that players came back in January, so it looks like all signings and players will be back in training at the same time November, no matter what the name is, at long last a coach who understands Rugby League.
