| We were a cut above last night. It looks to me like now the realisation of The Premier League is here, some players have put in that extra bit of effort to put themselves first in the queue for a place next season. Solomon is one of those. I don’t know whether he’s decided Leeds is the place he wants to be next season, but his work rate was phenomenal last night. Tanaka has turned his season back around, he was more like the Tanaka of a couple of months back. Can’t say we had a bad player tbh, that’s always a good indicator of a team performance. Although I enjoyed it, I felt a bit flat after the high’s of last Monday. I’m now wanting to fast forward to August and see what we can get out of the players retained, and see how high we set the bar in quality of new signings. Call me impatient, but when promotion was achieved I was high as a kite for a few days before I put it in a box and started thinking about next season. It would be great for the players to finish top and get their medals, but I wouldn’t class it as a trophy we’ve won, it’s just promotion to the big league where we belong.

| Surely they cant get rid of Farke, it would be a really bad look for the 49ers, and would pile so much pressure on the new manager.
The crowd seemed to really get behind him last night and the players seem to be playing for him.

| For Leeds to stay up big money needs to be spent - do the 49's have the appetite for spending c£150m as well as similar in the stadium?
Does who the manager is dictate who the income players will be - if so they need to get this resolved soonest.
Of the current squad so few are at the required standard - the PL is a different beast.
Rodon Ampedeu - Eddie Gray suggests he lacks pace? Bogle Gruev Tanaka - maybe seems lightweight for the premiership James - wasn't great at Fulham Solomon

| you don't need pace if you can read the game well......
the 49rs have been putting things in place behind the scenes for a good year now. lots of planning and specialists brought in. I'm sure it will bear fruit fairly quickly
