Manager of the Month - March 2012

Many congratulations to Exeter Rhino who was our March 2012 RLFANS.COM Fantasy Super League Manager of the Month with a very impressive haul of 344 points.

Exeter Rhino finished twelve points clear of second place, 'Percys Allstars', and sixteen clear of third placed 'Menthill'.

Well done all three of you, and Exeter Rhino looks particularly pleased with his achievement. You've all definitely raised the bar for people to try and get over in April.

Congratulations to Wildmoose whose team 'Jimmys Rhythm Pigs' won him the February RLFANS.COM Fantasy Superleague Manager of the Month award.

Pictured with his award, Wildmoose scored a massive 349 points in February, averaging 87.25 per week. No mean feat.

The Manager of the Month slate is now wiped clean, who will pick up the award in March?

Round 3 - WCC weekend

Round 2 scoring proved very costly for a number of teams through no fault of their own, as the Catalan Dragons vs Hull FC game was called off due to a frozen pitch. With that sees a new leader in the Fantasy League in our very own headhunter, opening up a 10 point gap on 157 points in total and yes he is a moderator BUT not of the Fanatsy game, so has no extra advantage other than his extra big rugby mind wink

With the WCC game between Leeds Rhinos and Manly Seas Eagles taking place this Friday (17/02/2012), changes will remain open until 12pm Saturday giving managers an extension for any last minute changes due to injury etc.

From now on, it has been decided changes will not re-open until Tuesday lunchtimes. The move takes place ready for the Monday night rugby that will be taking place in the summer months and for now gives the admin team time to perfect the updating of scores.

Raise the Bar!

Manager anditiger of the whino wackers set a high standard after Round 1 scoring, bagging an astonishing 100 points and setting the bar for everyone else to follow. While every manager across the country trades all their Bradford players in for a Pukka Pie, a few eye brows were raised after Wigan's opener to the season.

In true Super League style there are injuries galore throughout the competition but there are still plenty of bargains out there, have you found yours?

As usual the cut-off will be at 7pm sharp, so make sure those last minute adjustments are made in time for the lockdown. Good Luck everyone!!

And so it begins......

Round 1 is finally here, which leaves only a few hours to make those final adjustments to your teams. Changes will be disabled at 7pm and will open again once the full rounds results are in the system. Good luck everyone!
